How we price:
As people who have been in your shoes, we know how frustrating it can be to imagine working with a team and have no idea what the price point is going to be - but every project is truly unique and every client has different needs, so we can’t tell you exactly what we’d charge before getting to know the work.
Instead, we’ll be transparent about how we model our project-based invoices: We start with an assumption of $250/hour, or $200/hour for non-profits and service based organizations. The price goes up if we have to add on extra items (like translations, travel, or 3rd-party contractors), and the price goes down if there are efficiencies (like bundling services, keeping us on retainer, using existing brand kits).
Reach out to us to let us know what you’re dreaming up, and we’ll let you know how we can get involved.
Let’s Connect
About us
We are Kyle Reardon and Kayla Hornbrook - a husband and wife team living and working in Alexandria, Virginia.
Between us, we have over 35 years of experience working in non-profit and mission driven workplaces (and, we won’t tell you how old we are, but that’s roughly 90% of our working lives.) When we say we know what it’s like to try to make a dream come to life on a lean budget, we mean it.
When we’re not doing this, we’re raising our family and taking part in some of our favorite hobbies, such as gaming (both in video and tabletop forms), traveling, and cooking.
